Trauma First Aid

Key Course Information

None of want to witness or experience a violent assault or traumatic injury or situation.

Most often the first person on the scene of a heart attack, chemical attack, or a fatal knife/gun wound are inevitably friends/relatives of the victim or/and teaching professionals, outreach workers, play workers etc. This course is designed specifically to deal with traumatic and street based first aid.

This course involves dealing with chemical, gun and knife wounds as well as training in using a defibrillator machine. The trainers are highly experienced in dealing with traumatic injuries and situations, with backgrounds in the armed forces and the fire service and are excellent tutors with great feedback for our paediatric first aid course.

Outreach workers, residential staff, teachers, play workers, housing volunteers, youth workers and other front line professionals.
