If you left school without the skills, confidence or qualifications you now need, or want to improve your skills towards a future in higher education and employment – we have classes that will help you. We offer English and Maths qualifications that will give you the skills you need for work, education and everyday life.
We offer qualifications to suit individual needs. These include GCSE English and Functional Skills English, at both the Kensington Centre and the Chelsea Centre, available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
All of our courses run for a full academic year (from September to July) and at the end of the course you will complete your studies with an assessment in order to give you a recognised qualification.
Many of our students are coming back to study for the first time in years. Students will be taught in small friendly classes with a relaxed and informal atmosphere offering a mixture of group and individual work.
GCSE Maths is for anyone who would like to improve their maths grade for university entrance, someone who is enrolled on an access course, or for other reasons. We offer a thirty-week course designed to improve your grade and give you the mathematical skills to achieve success in your academic life, personal life, and your career. We cover algebra, number, geometry, data, statistics, measure and probability.
You will need to attend an advice and guidance session to ensure you are enrolled to the right level for your needs. Please bring hard copies of any maths qualifications you have.
