Train to Gain
Train to Gain is designed to help businesses up-skill and motivate staff. With the right training, your staff will feel more confident, satisfied, self-reliant and actively communicate more effectively. Introducing and implementing training programmes doesn’t just develop specific staff. You’ll find your entire organisation benefits through better teamwork and a pro-active attitude.
We can carry out a free Training Needs Analysis and meet your individual requirements for learning and development. We will then match your training needs to the wide range of training we offer.
Training starts whenever you are ready and will be professionally delivered at your premises. We can work one-to-one with your employees or with small groups. Staff do not need to leave work to undertake training, saving you time and money.

Learning and development through Train to Gain may be free or subsidised. Government funding means that we can subsidise the cost of staff development, for example:

Free and subsidised training for first level 2 and level 3 qualifications. This includes National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) which are designed to recognise your staff's competence in the workplace. NVQs have a clear focus on providing the vocational knowledge and skills your staff need to apply to their particular job role in your business sector.
