Building on last years success, the eagerly awaited Summer Festival promises to be even bigger this year with hair and make-up demos for the ultimate make-over, climbing walls that test your stamina and stalls selling literary classics, arts and crafts and the latest fashions straight from Portobello Market.

The evening showstopper is free to attend and guests can take in the delights whilst enjoying a barbecue and drinks from the bar.

Many local organisations have also jumped on board with the community spirited festival, and are hosting stands at the event offering advice and information about local services.

Jozell Vernall, Outreach and Engagement Manager at Kensington and Chelsea College said: 'The college festival is fast becoming a much loved part of the local culture. It's a hugely popular event and a brilliant platform for our students to showcase their talents and give something back to the community.
