A Month of Saturdays

Discover a New You at the Weekends!

Uncover your creative side with a series of inspirational Saturday courses running at Kensington and Chelsea College's state-of-the-art Chelsea Centre.

The college is offering the bite size sessions in Fashion, Millinery, Interior Design, Art, Photography and sculpture as part of its 'Month of Saturdays' initiative.

Throughout November, 18 short courses will be available offering opportunities to uncover hidden talent, learn new skills and gain an insight in to a whole new career.

Courses include fashion bag-making workshops, introductory classes to oil painting and drawing, interior design master classes and studio lighting classes for photography.

Each course lasts between one to two Saturdays and runs from 10am-4pm at the Chelsea Centre, on Hortensia Road, SW10 0QS.

Gill Ingham, Head of Art, Design, Performing Arts and Media at the college, said: 'We have a great reputation locally for having a flexible approach to learning and this is another example of that commitment. Our 'A Month of Saturdays' allows those who don't have the time in the weekday, the chance to discover a new hobby or even a new career by trying out something fun at the weekend.'
