What do we do?

Our guidance advisers can help you make decisions about your future and plan your higher education or career. The College libraries have a range of careers information, prospectuses, computer guidance programmes and job information which you can use on your own. You can job-search or do career research using the Internet.

We offer a free and impartial advice and guidance service to students and prospective students on:

  • education and careers
  • higher education and UCAS application
  • employment and job search skills
  • CVs, application forms, interview skills
  • funding and financial support
  • information on charitable trusts

The IAG service holds details of useful websites you may visit for researching information on careers, higher education, job search and financial support. These include:

  • UCAS
