If you believe that a College service is unsatisfactory, you should discuss this at the time with a member of College staff. If you are still not happy you may send a written complaint to the Head of the Quality Team, at Wornington, who will respond within ten working days. You will be given a reason if your complaint is not accepted. Suggestion boxes are also situated in the main centre Receptions.
