Enrolment Checklist
Below is a list of things you may need to bring with you in order to enrol with Kensington and Chelsea college.
To enrol
You can pay by Cash, Cheque with a cheque guarantee card, Credit/Debit Card, or postal orders.
Under 19
If you are under 19 and over 16 on 31st August of the academic year you will pay nothing for your course.
You will need to bring proof of age with you to enrol:
- Birth Certificate or
- Passport or
- Driving License
Plus, please bring copies of any recent exam certificates.
To pay the concessionary fee
You need to bring proof of your eligibility for fee concessions. If you do not have the right proof you will not be able to enrol so please check first.
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Income Support
- Guarantee Pension Credit
- Job Seekers Allowance (Signing on book is not accepted)
- Working Tax Credit - Household income of less than £15,050. You will need to bring Inland Revenue award notice – TC602.
Evidence needs to be an official letter and if this is older than 3 months a recent bank statement showing the payments going in is needed with the original letter.
Invoice
If your company is paying for your course you will need a letter on headed paper saying that they will pay for your course before you can be enrolled.
ESOL Students – please bring
- I.D. / Passport
- ESOL Certificates (if applicable)
- Proof of Benefit (if applicable)
