IT Training Courses
Starter IT training courses are designed to provide you with the skills to start using Information Technology (Computers) in your daily life, and to create interesting word processed documents, access the internet and use emails to communicate with family and friends across the world. We provide a supportive environment and useful materials and exercise to allow you to develop your skills.
Entry 2
This course is aimed at students who have never used a PC before, and you will be encouraged to develop the skills to start you on your way. Subjects Covered include Computer health and safety, PC start up and shut down, creating your first word processed documents using words and images, using the internet to search for information, setting up your own email address and sending your first emails.
Entry 3
The progression from Entry 2, this course is aimed to further develop the skills that you may have learned during the Entry 2 course, and further increases your skills with word processed documents including working with images, tables and creating interesting and useful pages. We further develop your internet and email skills, and allow you to use all of your new skills together to carry out tasks.

Qualification
