    Level 1

    Qualification

    This course is designed for beginners as an introduction to composing using music technology. No previous experience in music or music technology is required. Prospective students are required to attend an interview to enrol on the course. This course will cover music business, music sequencing, music mixing and production techniques.

    Qualification

    This one-year course is for individuals with prior experience in music technology. The course aims to develop individual skills in composing and sound recording. Students will have the opportunity to develop creativity in music sequencing and enhance their knowledge and understanding of the music industry. Prospective students are required to attend an interview to enrol on the course.

    Qualification

    This short course covers modern recording techniques with a mixing console and multi-track recorder. Students will have the opportunity to learn music production skills, whilst studying digital and analogue recording systems. The course also covers microphones, equalisation, sound effects and digital mastering techniques.

    This course is focused on broadening knowledge and understanding of music technology.     Qualification

    This course is for singers and instrumentalist wishing to develop their knowledge and skills for employment or entry into University. The course will develop solo performance, stage performance, rehearsal techniques and performing in music ensembles. Whilst studying on the course students will learn and explore the Music Industry and conduct research for music projects. Entry into the course will be through an interview and audition to assess musical ability.
