Elahi Bunsie
I chose an apprenticeship because in the past I found college wasn't for me. I wanted to be able to work and get qualifications as opposed being solely in full time education. I thought I would do an apprenticeship to get the right mix of both earning and learning.
What I enjoy most about my apprenticeship is that I get an understanding of the council, how it all works, as well as the feeling that I'm doing something worthwhile with my life.
I think an apprenticeship will help me in my career as it gives me an idea of working life as well as develop my experience and qualifications.
