Olga Blanco
Olga Blanco studied Business Administration (NVQ 2) through Train to Gain and won a Learner Achievement Award this year.
"I am very proud and very surprised to be presented with a Learner Achievement Award," says Olga "I thank my assessor whose meetings were always productive and whom I really enjoyed working with. Meeting her was a joy and always made me feel that anything was possible. From my time at KCC I have learnt that I am very good at my job and it has given me the confidence to believe in myself that I've never had before."
