Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) currently has an apprentice, Lucy, attending the college, but have had more in the past. CLCH support the apprenticeship scheme as it builds up the skills needed to carry out the role as well as help with future personal development.
The tutorial support for the apprenticeship programme is well structured and customised to CLCH's needs. There is excellent partnership working between CLCH and the college to develop our apprentice.
Through the apprenticeship programme Lucy has brought an enthusiastic approach and contributed towards the team working more cohesively - especially as everybody has been involved in supporting and developing Lucy.
Thanks to the training Lucy received we now have a well skilled employee committed to our values and behaviours ready to take up a new role involving more responsibilities.
Central London Community Healthcare (an Alliance of Provider Services in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster) provides community and in patient services in the three boroughs.
