Marcella Herman
Marcella Herman completed a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care through Train to Gain and was also presented with a Learner Achievement Award this year.
"I never dreamt I would ever be awarded anything like this," says Marcella. "I did not have a good education but thanks to KCC I am feeling good about the future. Not only am I more qualified, I also feel more confident in my relationships with others and am able to manage my time better. It feels great."
Marcella plans to go on to study the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
