New Hope Academy

Eddie Walsh, Community Coordinator and Founder of sports coaching academy, New Hope Academy says:

Apprenticeships allow employers to secure a supply of people with the skills and qualities that are required for their business, and which are often not available on the external job market. Apprentices also often bring new ideas and innovation to the business.

Being part of the college's Apprenticeship Programme has provided New Hope Academy staff with practical, job-related learning opportunities, which helps build a stronger and more efficient workforce.

I'd definitely recommend the Apprenticeship Programme to other employers as it's a brilliant way to boost workforce skills and develop the business as a whole.'

New Hope Academy is a charitable organisation dedicated to helping financially disadvantaged people who would like the opportunity to become a community coach and part of an NHA extension programme across London i.e; community sessions, schools or projects that would work towards tackling issues such as guns and knives, and anti-social behavior.
